Ancient Egyptian shabti

Black pottery shabti figure fragment, with arms crossed over chest holding two hoes or flails. Elaborate detailing on the front, to wig, face, collar and hoes or flails. Between the two hands is a cartouche, seemingly reading ‘Nb-maat-ra’ the prenomen of Amenhotep III. The cartouche is a little indistinct. The figure is broken roughly at the waistline, and the legs are missing. The back is undecorated. Surface only is black, interior is a pale biscuit colour. Damage to the nose.
