Ancient Egyptian wool fragment from Qasr Ibrim dated AD 550 – 1400 A fragment of brown wool tabby with a band in natural and light blue green. There are small embroidered motifs in natural and red. Two fine stripes of natural yarn are woven through by one edge. Part of large collection of textiles from Qasr Ibrim.
