Ancient Egyptian wool fragment from Qasr Ibrim dated 30 BC – AD 395

Ten fragments of blue wool, 2 / 2 blue, of various sizes. One of the smaller pieces has a small area of purple embroidery. One of the larger pieces has another piece sewn to it which has some purple embroidery. Another fragment has undyed piping sewn along two edges, although it is loose in parts.

Part of large collection of textiles from Qasr Ibrim.
