Ancient Egyptian jar from Alexandria Red, unglazed pottery jar with handle. Ovaloid body with a ring base, a straight neck and a flared, rounded rim. Handle from edge of widest part of body, straight upwards then curving downwards to top of neck. Rim chipped and sherd missing.
