Ancient Egyptian linen fragment

Large piece of pale linen with fringing along two opposite edges. Very badly torn in the middle. Stained with black when folded, making a symetrical pattern. On half of the textile there a places where there are stripes of extra thick weft, in between which there are few or no weft threads.
