Ancient Egyptian situla from Saqqara dated 332 – 30 BC

Cast bronze situla, votive offering, with lotiform petal base, decorated with scene around vessel. Exterior decoration comprises worshipper before ithyphallic Amun, Isis and possibly Nephthys. Loop for handle at either side of rim.
