Ancient Egyptian adze handle from Saqqara dated 700 – 200 BC

Curved piece of wood, with a circular cross section, until it widens out at one end. Broken at the wider end. Surface is smooth, but cut marks where it has been worked into this shape are visible. Probably the handle from an adze.
