Ancient Egyptian column fragment from Amarna dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Part of a limestone reeded column. At the bottom of the fragment are parts of reeds in raised relief. There is a frieze with hieroglyphs above the reeds. The inscription reads ‘{Akhen(aten)} great in his time, the King…’ There are traces of yellow paint.
