Ancient Egyptian textile fragment from Hawara or Illahun dated About AD 600

Brick red coloured plain woven wool with a twisted fringe along one side. Three woven stripes in cream linen thread, each stripe has three picks.
Plain woven with 12 warps and wefts per centimetre. Ten warps are twisted and knotted to form a length of fringing.
