Ancient Egyptian wooden spatula from Amarna dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Strip of dark brown wood, possibly ebony, in the shape of a paddle. Broader at one end than the other. Whilst broken off at the narrow end, it seems to have been intentionally formed at the other end. Possibly a spatula, for use with cosmetics.
