Ancient Egyptian necklace from Qaw el Kibir dated 30 BC – AD 395

A string of glass, faience and stone beads. Restrung on modern plastic thread. There are 24 carnelian spheroids of various sizes, 10 carnelian ring beads, two carnelain disc beads, one carnelian cylinder bead, two quartz spheroids, five glass cylinder beads two of which are doubles, one amethyst tear drop shaped bead, two triangular mosaic glass pendants, seven green short cylinder and ring beads of glass and or faience. And a selection of grey black limestone, blue and green stone barrel, and ring beads.
