Ancient Egyptian lid sherd from Amarna dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Blue or green faience fragment of a disc, glazed on both faces. The upper face is flat with darker blue glazed lines delineating the petals of a lotus flower. The lower face has a ridge fashioned a little away from the edge of the sherd rim. Possibly a fragment from a jar lid, or some kind of dish fragment.
