Ancient Egyptian inlay fragment from Amarna dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Green faience inlay fragment. Roughly fan shaped. Glazed green on upper face, and white on the lower face and edges. Semi-circular cross section at the head of the fan shape, into which moulded incised lines radiate, from the base of the object. Has look of a papyrus head or a fish’s tail fragment.
