Ancient Egyptian rim sherd from Qaw el kibir dated 1773 – 1550 BC One of twenty three sherds of fine walled, coarse brown pottery. Rim sherd, blackened, possibly from over firing. Thick band at the top with three raised horizontal lines underneath. Decorated on the back with diagonal lines.
