Ancient Egyptian fly scaraboid from Qaw el Kibir dated 1550 – 1069 BC

A green steatite fly scaraboid The base is incised with fish with a baby fish coming from its mouth. The back is in the shape of a fly head and the eyes are shown, the body and wings veined. Legs raised and slightly undercut. There is a hole through the length for suspension.
