Ancient Egyptian amulet from Napata dated 750 – 500 BC Faience, possibly with no glaze left. Standing ibis or vulture, with wings furled. Stands on a small rectangular plinth, and has a loop for suspension on the back of the neck. Perhaps once blue glazed.
