Ancient Egyptian Hathor head from Deir el Bahari Thebes dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Head of Hathor in blue glazed faience with face moulded in the round on one side with eyes and headdress outlined in dark blue or black paint. The back of the head is not modelled, being plain and slightly curved inwards. Broken, possibly from a small votive imitation sistrum or possibly from the rim of a vessel with Hathor heads.
