Ancient Egyptian cow figurine from Deir el Bahari dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Hathor cow votive figurine, crudely modelled in reddish brown ware pottery, coated with red slip or paint. Complete, some damage to legs and one ear or horn. Eyes indicated by round blobs of clay attached to head before firing. Either an offering on its own, or may have been an ornament on the edge of a pottery vessel.
