Ancient Egyptian faience flower from Deir el Bahari Thebes dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Small blue glazed faience flower. Shallow bowl shaped flower with incised toothed decoration around top edge, narrowing at bottom of flower to small circular base representing top of stem, which has a hole drilled into it. Remains of wood present in stem hole, indicating once mounted on wooden stem.
