Ancient Egyptian jar from Abydos dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Oil flask bottle or bilbil with flared circular foot, ovaloid body widening to shoulder, narrow tall neck, outward flared, flat topped rim. Handle broken away, but comprised one strap handle from neck to shoulder. Cypriote type, probably made in Egypt.
