Ancient Egyptian spearhead from Abydos dated 1470 – 1069 BC

Spearhead with leaf-shaped blade with raised midrib, the midrib widening and continuing to form a circular hammered and lapped socket. Suggested by excavators that spearhead may be from a later burial in D9.
