Ancient Egyptian dried fruit from Hieracleopolis Magna

Dried Pomegranate, from the family Lythraceae. With seeds in the interior cavity, and some loose. Rounded in shape with a flared cylindrical neck. Small patch of modern glue with paper adhering on the outside. Three holes, through one of which seeds may fal out. Exterior is now largely black in colour.
