Ancient Egyptian bone fragment from Naukratis dated 500 – 400 BC

Piece of worked bone. Roughly oblong in shape, it has three finished edges and one jagged broken one. The outer surface is smooth, with four circles, with central dots, incised on it. Towards one of the finished edges is a small circular hole. Possibly an inlay fragment, or the lid of a small box.
