Ancient Egyptian animal figurine from Naukratis

Red pottery hollow statuette fragment of an animal head, probably a cat or possibly a dog or a lion. Ears are erect above the face, eyes and mouth are modelled. The face is elongated into a muzzel. White plaster or paint coating survives over the majority of item. Black core to the pottery.
