Ancient Egyptian box lid from Hawara dated 30 BC – AD 395

Discoidal piece of turned bone. Probably a box lid. Has a central hole, and a slightly raised external edge. The edge has two further incised concentric circles in it, one much deeper than the other. Cream in colour but the decorated surface is grey mottled in places.
