Ancient Egyptian eye inlay fragment from Armant

Cresent moon shaped piece of white glass, used to represent the white of the eye. With a piece of red glass, now brown on surface, adherring to its outer edge. The red glass was part of a triangular shaped piece which abutted the tearduct area of eye, close to the nose. Traces of plaster exist on the rear of the piece of white glass.
