Ancient Egyptian eye inlay piece from Armant

White glass oval ring section used to represent the white of the eye, Over two thirds of an oval was used to give the desired effect. Brown spotted on the upper surface, possibly a discolouration. Possibly traces of black cement, used to fix the piece to the inlay remain on the inner side of the oval.
