Ancient Egyptian female figurine from Badari dated 1773 – 1550 BC

Female steatopygous figure of pink terracotta with cream slip. Crude, naked standing female. Hair dressed in two widely flaring lateral sections and hanging section at back, bound together above narrow wedge shaped face, by fillet. Applied small breasts. Dots across stomach and buttocks, indicating a cowrie shell girdle. Pubic area as large incised triangle. Arms attached to hips at sides. Large nose, slit eyes, legs together.
