Ancient Egyptian glass bead fragment from Oxyrhynchus dated 30 BC – AD 395

Half of an oval glass bead, with a hole for suspension through the longitudinal axis. Yellow, black and white glass has been trailed together to create a marble effect. Flat on one side with the outer surface curved outwards.
