Ancient Egyptian hair pin from Hawara Antinoe Abydos dated 1550 – 1295 BC

One of two bone or ivory hair pin fragments. Both taper to a point at one end, and are broken at the other. Decorated with a spiralling diagonal incised line, that appears to have gone from top to bottom. Broken in the middle and joined using tape.
