Ancient Egyptian Horus figurine from Naukratis

Red pottery head and shoulders of a figurine of Horus. Head is solid, but the body appears to have been hollow. Depicted with his right hand lifted to the mouth, and wearing a compound headdress, with the double crown of Egypt in the centre. Patches of paint remain. Pink on the headdress, red on the lips, black eyebrows and a creamy white background colour. Two patches of modern paper and glue adhere to the back of the piece.
