Ancient Egyptian inlay fragment from Amarna dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Green and blue faience fan shaped inlay fragment, with one corner missing and another chipped. Glazed green and blue on upper surface and edges, and then edged on the top of the fan with a thin ridge of brown glaze, and at the bottom point of the fan a three pronged, bird’s foot like, motif also in brown glaze. White glazed back. Possibly intended as a papyrus head inlay piece.
