Ancient Egyptian ivory tool from Amarna dated 1550 – 1295 BC

A worked strip of ivory, smooth on both sides. Curved at one end, and filed to a point at the other. The ivory has split in several places from the curved end into the object, along one of these lines a piece has become detached from the edge. Possibly a tool used in weaving to push the threads down, or a polisher or a spatula.
