Ancient Egyptian jar from Abydos El Arabah dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Red pottery jar with spheroid body and slightly flat, footed base. Short, slightly flared neck with flared, rounded rim. Fragment missing from rim and hole in side. Roughly decorated with streaks of brown paint. One line round the neck and vertical lines coming off it towards the middle.
