Ancient Egyptian jar from Tanis dated 30 BC – AD 395 Large red brown pottery two handled jar. Ovaloid body with a footed base. Striaght neck, flaring to a rounded rim. Handle attache from body to below rim on either side. Large body fragment missing below neck on one side.
