Ancient Egyptian kohl pot from Abydos dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Blackened limestone kohl pot with incised line decoration around body, which contains traces of yellow infill. Flat, projected base with an ovaloid body, a short, narrowign neck which widens to a flat projecting rim with a small, circular opening in the centre.
