Ancient Egyptian kohl pot lid from Elkab dated 1985 – 1773 BC Alabaster inner lid from a small kohl pot. The inner lid is a circualr disc with a circular hole in the centre and a raised ring around the hole that fits into the mouth of the kohl pot.
