Ancient Egyptian mould from Amarna dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Roughly oval brown pottery mould for a faience cluster of grapes. Used either as an element in jewellery or as an inlay. Traces of white powder remain in the grape cluster. Heavily marked with fingerprints.
