Ancient Egyptian Qebhsenuef amulet from Qaw el Kibir dated 380 – 343 BC

Degraded faience amulet of Qebhsenuef, the hawk headed member of the four sons of Horus. Shown mummiform in profile, holding a long folded cloth in front of him. Hole through top of head and back, and base of feet and back to allow attachment to mummy wrappings. Patches of modern paper and glue adhere to the back of the piece. Broken in half in modern times, and rejoined.
