Ancient Egyptian sealing fragment from Amarna dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Irregular shaped mud fragment, with part of an oval seal impression on the upper surface, containing a hieroglyphic inscription. One side bears the impression of a piece of cord. The seal impression has a sun’s disc, beneath which is a seated royal holding an ankh symbol.
