Ancient Egyptian sealing fragment from Amarna dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Irregular shaped mud fragment, with part of an oval seal impression on the upper surface, containing a hieroglyphic inscription now virtually illegible. The lower surface bears the impression of a piece of cord. Friable, one small section has broken off and is loose in the box.
