Ancient Egyptian shabti from Abydos dated 1550 – 1069 BC

Shabti figure of Ta-Nekr. Painted pottery, with arms on chest. White background paint, except to the text which is yellow. Black wig, facial features, text. Red face and hands. Figure appears to be leaning against a board or coffin. May just be unintentional or two shabtis stuck together at firing. Modern glue on base. Also a fine hole in base, possibly from modern mount. Circular paper sticker on back with ’63’ or ’03’ on it.
