Ancient Egyptian shabti from Tell Nabasha Am Tell Sueilin dated 747 – 656 BC

Glazed faience shabti figure. Cream in colour with brown wig. Mummiform in shape, the figure has both arms modelled close to its sides. Each hand holding tools, probably hoes, in raised relief, detail not clear. The facial features are unlear, though a beard is visible. The wig lapets fall either side of the face. There is a chip to the top of the head.
