5 adjoining fragments with part of scene. On right upper part of head of Osiris facing right, wearing White Crown & holding w3s sceptre, part of his titles to right. On left upper part of head of Amenhotep III wearing seshed circlet & Atef crown (jubilee headdress). Fragment of inscription to right referring to Sed festival & to left upper part of shm sceptre, mi R’ & remains of cartouche – (‘Im)n-(htp) (…W3st).
