Ancient Egyptian tile fragment from Amarna dated 1550 – 1295 BC

Irregular shaped, off white faience tile fragment. Glazed on the upper and lower surfaces. On the upper surface a criss cross line decoration in black is visible across one corner, possibly depicting feathers. The rest of the fragment’s surface has black striations from the edge of a curved patch of white, what appears to be the edge of a wing.
