Ancient Egyptian tunic fragment from Mostagedda dated 30 BC – AD 395

Lower portion of woollen tunic, close weave. Four 12 mm stripes, tapestry woven in purple wool, with six spots, three each side and a purple stripe near lower edge. Cable edging on each side and heavy selvedge along bottom.
