Ancient Egyptian votive cloth dated 1550 – 1069 BC

An approximately square piece of linen, two edges with selvedges, two with differently made fringed ends. Painted on the surface in blue, yellow, white, red, and black is a scene of a seated goddess with horns and a sun disc before two standing women. Hieroglyphic inscriptions in two columns between the goddess and the first woman; blank lines for more inscriptions above the two women.
