Ancient Egyptian Wennefer statue fragment from Abydos dated 1279 – 1213 BC

Pink (mottled red and black) granite statue fragment of Wennefer / Unnefer, son of Mery, High Priest of Osiris. Head only from a life size seated statue of the priest. Front of head with left ear of the statue survive. Only fragment of right ear remains. incised front edge to a plain wig (which falls straight across the forehead and then behind the ears). Modelled eyebrows and eyes (eyes have a double band around them). Nose is damaged, but appears to have been broad and flat. Mouth modelled, broad flat. Inscription or pattern on top of head?
