Ancient Egyptian wool fragment from Hawara or Illahun dated AD 395 – 642 A fragment of woollen fabric with blue warps and finely woven in blue wool and yellow wool forming a stripe. Plain woven with ten warps per centimetre and about 26 fine wefts per centimetre.
