Ancient Egyptian wool fragment from Karanis dated 30 BC – AD 395

A fragment of fine woollen fabric. Brown with tapestry weaving in blue wool and natural flax. A fragment of a coarse woollen yellow fabric has been stitched to it using thick yellow wool.
